I have enjoyed a career full of rewarding positions as a transformative marketing strategist, communications expert, and brand elevator. I have a proven track record of delivering successful integrated marketing, media relations, crisis and reputation management, experiential events, and branding opportunities for global corporations and mission-driven organizations, including the iconic Empire State Building, Oprah Winfrey, CBS, FOX, Pencils of Promise, STOMP Out Bullying, and the Second City.
I am proud to have won an Edward R. Murrow Award for Excellence in Social Media as recognition of my creativity and business acumen in the field of digital marketing and broadcast media.
My career highlights include reimagining and rebranding the Empire State Building experience, conceiving and amplifying a brand partnership with Google, ABC/Jimmy Kimmel Live, Marvel Films, Eminem and Interscope Records; serving as Oprah Winfrey’s chief spokesperson; launching the award-winning O Magazine, Oprah’s Book Club and the Oxygen Network; establishing the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls in South Africa alongside Nelson Mandela; and promoting the creative genius of the Second City.
